Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what data DialedIn collects, why, and how it is used. We keep it short because we genuinely don't collect much.

What we collect

• Display name (optional). If you choose to enter a name for the leaderboard, we store it. You can leave this blank at any time, and it is not linked to any account or identity.
• Game scores. Your scores are saved locally on your device and synced to our servers to power leaderboards and in-app statistics. Scores are not linked to any personal identifier beyond your chosen display name.
• Advertising data. DialedIn shows ads via third-party ad networks. These networks may collect device identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS, if you grant permission) and IP address to serve relevant ads. You can limit ad tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Purchase receipts. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made — no payment details or card data ever reach our servers.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data. No account registration is required to play.

How we use your data

• To display your scores and name on leaderboards within the app.
• To show your game history and statistics inside the app.
• To serve ads through our advertising partners.
• To confirm and restore in-app purchases.

Third-party advertising

Ads in DialedIn are served by third-party ad partners. These partners operate under their own privacy policies and may use tracking technologies subject to your device's privacy settings. We do not control their data practices. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via iOS Settings.

Data retention

Your display name and scores are stored for as long as you use the app. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@dialedin.app and we will respond promptly.

Children

DialedIn is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
