By downloading or using DialedIn, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

DialedIn is a color matching game. It is provided free of charge, with optional paid features and advertising. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

Advertising

The free version of DialedIn displays ads served by third-party ad networks. By using the free version you agree to see these ads. You can remove ads by purchasing a subscription (see below).

Subscription

DialedIn offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks in-game advantages such as additional attempts per day and other gameplay benefits. Key details:

• Billing. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payment is charged upon confirmation.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We are not able to issue refunds directly.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. You will be notified before any price change takes effect and must actively confirm the new price to continue your subscription.

Your display name

You may optionally choose a display name shown on leaderboards. By submitting a name you confirm it does not infringe on anyone's rights and is not offensive or misleading. We reserve the right to remove names that violate these conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards through automated means or exploits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.

Intellectual property

All content in DialedIn — including design, graphics, and code — is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property outside the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

DialedIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that leaderboard data will be preserved indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
